Return Policy
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
1. 7-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD (ONLINE SALES)
In terms of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act:
1.1 Customers may cancel an online order within 7 days of receipt.
1.2 The product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- Undamaged
1.3 Return courier costs are for the customer’s account.
1.4 Refunds will exclude delivery costs.
2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In terms of Section 56 of the CPA:
2.1 Customers are entitled to a 6-month implied warranty.
2.2 If a product is defective, the customer may elect:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
2.3 Oak & Lull reserves the right to inspect the item before approving a claim.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Used bedding
- Washed items
- Items damaged by misuse
- Items altered after purchase
For hygiene reasons, bedding used on a mattress cannot be resold.
4. REFUND PROCESS
4.1 Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
4.2 Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
