1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Oak & Lull website (“Website”), as well as the purchase of any products offered by Oak & Lull (Pty) Ltd (“Oak & Lull”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 By accessing this Website, placing an order, or using any services offered by Oak & Lull, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using this Website and purchasing any products.

2.1 By placing an order, you warrant that you:

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

3.1 Oak & Lull manufactures and distributes reversible bedding products in various sizes and collections.

3.2 While every reasonable effort is made to accurately display product descriptions, images, dimensions, and colours, the following applies:

Colours may vary due to lighting, screen calibration, and device display differences.
Minor variations in stitching, quilting pattern, and finish may occur due to manufacturing tolerances.
Measurements may vary within acceptable textile industry tolerances (±3–5%).

3.3 All dimensions displayed are approximate unless otherwise specified.

4. PRICING

4.1 All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

4.2 Prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Oak & Lull reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice.

4.4 In the event of an obvious pricing error, Oak & Lull reserves the right to:

Cancel the order;
Refund the amount paid;
Request payment of the corrected price prior to dispatch.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

5.1 An order placed on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase.

5.2 An order is only confirmed once:

Payment has been successfully processed; and
You have received written confirmation from Oak & Lull.

5.3 Oak & Lull reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud;
Incorrect pricing;
Stock unavailability;
Breach of these Terms.

6. PAYMENT

6.1 Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch.

6.2 We accept approved payment methods displayed on the Website.

6.3 Oak & Lull does not store full credit card details.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All Website content including but not limited to:

Logos
Designs
Product names
Images
Text
Branding elements

are the exclusive property of Oak & Lull.

7.2 No reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Oak & Lull shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Use of products;
Delayed delivery;
Incorrect installation;
Improper care.

8.2 Liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Oak & Lull shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Strikes
Transport disruptions
Supplier shortages
Power outages

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
