SHIPPING POLICY
1. DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver nationwide within South Africa.
2. PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
During peak periods, processing times may extend.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Standard delivery: 2–7 business days depending on location.
Remote areas may require additional time.
4. RISK & OWNERSHIP
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the parcel upon receipt.
5. FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails due to incorrect information:
- Re-delivery fees apply.
- Oak & Lull is not liable for delays.
